| REFURBISHING
PLAN PROGRAM OPTIONS |
Racks
are completely disassembled for stripping and refurbishing. A closed
environment blast facility uses metallic grit to strip and clean,
preparing surface for finish application. Major sheetmetal body
repairs, which may include 20 gauge full size prefabricated and
replacement panels welded over damaged panels, are done. All
necessary repair parts (nuts, bolts, rivets, new door springs, new
aluminum or plastic 2-color faceplates, new coin return and pull decals,
new serial number ID tags, and new .080 vandal guard plastic for doors)
are provided. Electrostatic powder spray paint system applies a
high quality coat of paint 2-3 mils
thick. Individual rack
inspection takes place before racks are shipped. Shipments are FOB
Shiner, TX.
