| REFURBISHING
PLAN PROGRAM OPTIONS |
Racks
are completely disassembled for stripping and refurbishing. A closed
environment blast facility uses metallic grit to strip and clean,
preparing surface for finish application. Major sheetmetal body
repairs, which may include 20 gauge full size prefabricated and
replacement panels welded over damaged panels, are done. All
necessary repair parts (nuts, bolts, rivets, new door springs, new
aluminum or plastic 2-color faceplates, new coin return and pull decals,
new serial number ID tags, and new .080 vandal guard plastic for doors)
are provided. Electrostatic spray paint system applies one coat of
high quality primer and two coats of high quality acrylic paint 2 mils
thick. A protective wax coat is added. Individual rack
inspection takes place before racks are shipped. Pickup and delivery
to customer warehouse location provided if the customer's warehouse is in
the Service Center's pickup and delivery area. **On
all non-Kaspar racks, such as K-Jack, Leco and Tempo, the miscellaneous
parts on these racks will be reinstalled. Due to the extra time and
labor needed to refurbish these racks, there will be an additional charge
of 10%.
