OUR REFURBISHING PROCESS
Our refurbishing program reaches from Maine to Florida, across the south to Texas and services all the Midwest. These locations offer free pickup and delivery service in their areas and concentrate on getting your racks back on the streets working for you.
	Racks are completely disassembled and parts inspected to ensure they meet our stringent performance standards.
Bodywork straightens the racks, removes dents and repairs broken welds. Heavily damaged racks have new panels welded on the frame. A final cosmetic sanding process ensures better paint adherence and enhances gloss.
	Sand blasting removes rust, old paint and primer. An ultra clean surface means better paint adherence and longer street service.
State-of-the-art paint lines provide high quality primer and top coats with extended drying times.
	Racks are reconstructed with vandal guard plastic, face plates, hinged door latches, new stainless steel bolts, rivets, door springs, coin return and pull decals. Additional options and mechanism upgrades can also be done.
A high quality silkscreen process customizes your rack for years of service.
