Coin mechanisms shipped to our factory will be exchanged with a
completely reconditioned coin mechanism. All reconditioned
mechanisms receive the latest factory updates using original Sho-Rack
factory parts.
If
your coin mechanism is damaged or worn through extended use, the skilled
Sho-Rack factory experts will quickly and economically repair or update
your mechanisms.
We will
take back the customer's mech that is sent in to us, take off side &
top cover for minor repairs to make the mech work again, and then return
the same mech to the customer. There will be no exchange program
offered with this plan. If mechs are in need of major repair
requiring total breakdown of the mech, vandalized parts, etc..., then
the customer could be given the option of paying for repair and
exchange job, or could get their unrepaired mech shipped back to them.
